Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional Omotenashi, assist with food preparation, and ensure smooth guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant.

You will follow recipes, prep ingredients, and collaborate with colleagues to meet higher guest volume. This role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication with guests and staff, strong personal hygiene, and a positive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 3 shifts per week minimum.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong guest-service orientation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes such as prepping, cooking, mixing dough, and safe knife handling.
• Complete hot and cold food preparation assignments accurately, neatly, and in a timely fashion.
• Provide outstanding Omotenashi and guest interaction.
• Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards while preparing and cooking food.
