Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Crew Accommodations Agent to manage hotel and ground transportation bookings for airline crew members. The role involves handling last-minute changes, coordinating with crew scheduling, and resolving issues across multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone.

Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, English fluency, and familiarity with hotel sourcing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Experience in hotel/travel industry preferred but not required.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Book hotel accommodations for flight crews and other airline staff.
• Handle emergency relocations of crews with supervisor on shift.
• Coordinate with Crew Scheduling and other groups to meet operational requirements.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve problems and expedite work.
• Process, track and report transactions using the designated tools.
• Register reservations in TA Connections System and maintain relevant details for future reference.
• Source suitable hotel markets when contracted hotels are unavailable.
• Make payments to hotels and vendors per system terms.
• Maintain professional, positive communication and attendance.
