Job summary

Lewis Tree Service is hiring a Crew Leader to oversee vegetation management crews, ensuring safe, efficient tree trimming and line clearance for utility clients. You will plan tasks, train crew members, and enforce safety standards while maintaining strong customer relations and accurate records.

You will lead by example, manage field operations, and travel as needed to job sites, promoting a culture of safety and reliability across projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a tree crew or utility vegetation management.
• Knowledge of ANSI Z133 safety requirements and A300 pruning standards.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL as needed and medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a crew performing vegetation management and tree trimming for utilities.
• Plan tasks, train staff, and monitor performance with safety at the forefront.
• Maintain records, coordinates with customers, and enforce company policies.
• Travel as required and respond to emergencies to restore service.
