Lewis Services, a leading utility vegetation management firm, is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee a crew performing tree trimming and line clearance for utilities and clients. This hands-on role emphasizes safety, training, and clear communication with property owners and utility representatives.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a tree crew or vegetation mgmt, knowledge of ANSI Z133 standards, and the ability to operate equipment and supervise field crews across frequent travel.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a tree crew or utility vegetation management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily tree crew operations and ensure safe, efficient work practices including training, onboarding, coaching, discipline, and ensuring high-quality performance.
• Plan and assign tasks based on crew skills and job requirements.
• Monitor crew performance and evaluate training needs and promotions.
