Lewis Tree Service is hiring a Crew Leader to oversee utility vegetation management teams and ensure safe, efficient operations for public utilities and clients. You will train, coach, and supervise crew members, plan tasks, and manage performance while upholding safety standards.

Candidates should have 3+ years in a tree crew or vegetation management, with ANSI Z133 and A300 pruning knowledge, and be prepared for frequent travel. Lewis offers ESOP, paid training, and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a tree crew or utility vegetation management.
• Strong knowledge of ANSI Z133 safety requirements and A300 pruning standards.
• Proficient in identifying poisonous plants.
• Understanding of electrical circuit basics and circuit maps.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily tree crew operations and safety training.
• Plan and assign tasks based on crew skills and job requirements.
• Monitor crew performance, trainings, and promotions.
• Maintain crew contact information and report availability.
