Distro in Rockville, MD is hiring a Crew Leader to guide daily landscaping operations, support crew members, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. This hands-on leadership role involves coordinating tasks, managing equipment, and maintaining quality on every job site.

Qualifications include at least 1 year in landscaping, prior supervisory experience, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, transport, and organize materials and equipment.
• Monitor work quality and productivity on job sites.
• Report progress, maintenance issues, and safety concerns to management.
• Interact professionally with clients when needed.

What You’ll Do
