About the Role

Roche Brothers is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our Frederick, MD team. This hands-on leadership role supports residential and commercial landscaping projects by ensuring the crew has clear direction, the work is completed safely, and job sites meet quality expectations.

Success in this position means leading daily operations effectively, communicating proactively with clients and management, and delivering projects on time with a high standard of workmanship—while maintaining strong safety practices and team accountability.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on landscaping experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of plant care, turf management, hardscape installation, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to read plans and execute landscaping projects efficiently.
• Skilled in troubleshooting on-site issues to maintain schedule and quality.
• Excellent communication and client-facing professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Experience working in a hands-on role while leading others in a fast-paced environment.
