Job summary

Kanger Lawns LLC in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Landscape Cleanup Crew Lead to supervise field crews, maintain quality standards, and ensure safety and efficiency on each project.

You will train and mentor crew members, assign daily tasks, and work hands-on with the team to complete seasonal and year-round landscape cleanup services, including debris removal and general property cleanups, using proper equipment and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is required.
• Previous crew lead, foreman, or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to lead by example and maintain productivity.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor.
