Qualifications include at least 1 year in landscaping, prior supervisory experience, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of landscaping or related industry experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to work hands-on with the crew; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate landscaping crew members.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure work orders are completed on time.
• Operate and oversee trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize materials and equipment.
• Monitor work quality and productivity on job sites.
• Report progress, maintenance issues, and safety concerns to management.
• Interact professionally with clients when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
