Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Renton, WA is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations on client sites, directing a small crew of 2–5 members to complete tasks safely and to BrightView’s standards. You will supervise maintenance, installation, irrigation, seasonal color, and chemical applications while ensuring client satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, safety compliance, excellent communication with the Operations Manager, and hands-on training of crew members.

Qualifications

• BrightView Equipment certifications are required.
• Experience in a landscape-related field is expected.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Surface customer problems or concerns and report back to Operations Manager.
• Assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew.
