Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader in Issaquah, WA to oversee landscape operations at client sites and manage a 2–5 person crew. You will ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to BrightView’s quality standards across maintenance, installation, and related services.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination with the Operations Manager, and hands-on supervision of crew activities, equipment maintenance, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a crew of 2–5 and delivering safe, high‑quality service.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, installation, irrigation, and seasonal color management.
• Must have a valid driver license and applicable equipment certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules to meet service expectations.
• Supervise day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks to crew members.
• Train crew members and provide feedback to Operations Manager.
