ServiceMaster Restore® in Winchester, VA is seeking a Crew Leader to drive fire, water, and mold mitigation projects. This hands-on leadership role guides job sites, supervises technicians, and ensures safe, efficient work that meets company standards.

You will set up drying equipment, track moisture, document work, and communicate progress to customers and Project Managers. Requires 2+ years restoration experience and a valid driver's license; WRT/ASD/FSRT/AMRT certifications preferred.

Formación

• 2+ years restoration experience (water/fire/mold).
• Leadership or Crew Leader experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. and work in varied conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in damaged or hazardous environments.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and on-call rotations.

• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on every job
• Coordinate with Project Managers on job progress

Requirements
