Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Restoration & Mitigation to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from initial loss through completion. You will manage water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damages while ensuring quality, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

This role includes using DocuSketch, Mitigate or similar software to develop scopes of work, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and communicating with homeowners,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration.
• Experience with insurance claims and adjusters is preferred.
• Proficient in restoration project management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Ensure projects meet IICRC standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure customer satisfaction.

Project Manager will be issued a company vehicle.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in damaged or hazardous environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and emergency on‑call rotations as needed
• Ability to travel to job sites
