Job summary

Keesen Landscape Management, Inc. is seeking a dependable Crew Leader - Enhancement to oversee a small team delivering high-quality commercial landscape construction. This year-round role includes seasonal snow support in winter months.

You will lead a crew of 2-5, install irrigation, zero scape features, retaining walls, and operate trucks and heavy equipment while maintaining safety and quality. Snow support is part of winter duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping installation and construction experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and safety-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a crew of 2-5 on job sites.

• Ensure quality, safety compliance and timely completion.
• Report crew hours and track materials daily.

We're hiring a dependable and experienced Crew Leader - Enhancement to oversee a small team delivering high-quality commercial landscape construction. This is a year-round role with seasonal snow support in winter months.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a crew of 2-5 team members on job sites
• Perform and oversee installation of irrigation systems, zero scape, retaining walls, etc..
• Operate trucks, drives trucks with trailers, operates other heavy machinery (skids, steer, trencher, etc...), and operates other handheld landscaping tools
• Ensure job quality, safety compliance, and timely completion
• Report crew hours, complete daily paperwork, and track materials
• Train new crew members and support field onboarding
• Assist with snow removal during winter season

What You Bring

• 2+ years of landscaping installation and construction
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety
