WHAT YOU WILL DO:

1. Complete Mister’s Crew Leadership Program to learn team leadership.
2. Coach and develop team members to maximize their performance.
3. Manage a wash area, ensuring high standards for quality.
4. Maintain a positive, customer-focused work environment.
5. Ensure every customer has a fun, memorable car wash experience.
6. Coordinate daily staffing needs with management.

WHAT YOU NEED:

1. An outgoing personality with strong communication and listening skills.
2. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
3. Ability to adapt, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
4. Attention to detail and pride in your work.
5. Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
6. High energy and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
7. Completion of Driver A, Tunnel Operator, and CSA certifications.
8. Physical ability to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk stairs, and remain mobile for long hours.
9. Ability to lift 50 lbs to the waist, 25 lbs to the chest, and 15 lbs overhead.
10. A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check.
