We are currently seeking a Crew Leader.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

1. Complete Mister’s Crew Leadership Program to learn how to lead a team.
2. Coach and develop team members to maximize their performance.
3. Manage a designated area of the wash, maintaining Mister’s high standards for quality.
4. Maintain a positive, customer-focused work environment.
5. Ensure each customer has a fun, memorable car wash experience.
6. Coordinate daily staffing needs with management.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to adapt, change, and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends.
• High energy and willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Completion of Driver A, Tunnel Operator, and CSA certifications.
• Physical ability to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk, and remain mobile for long hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
