Job summary

AWP Safety in North Texas is seeking a Crew Lead to establish and maintain safe work zones, coordinate with the team, and manage traffic flow using stop/slow paddles. You will deliver safety-first service to our clients and protect the traveling public.

The role requires 2+ years of traffic control or lead experience, a valid driver's license, the ability to stand long hours, lift up to 60 lbs, and pass pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of traffic control or lead experience required.
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings including drug test.
• Must be able to stand 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining safe work zones using proper equipment.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure safety of all.
• Managing traffic flow with stop/slow paddles.
• Delivering exceptional service and protection to clients.
