Qualifications

• 2+ years previous traffic control experience or lead experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including drug tests.

• Establish and maintain safe work zones using proper equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safety.
• Manage traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles.
• Deliver exceptional service and protection to clients.
