Job summary

AWP Safety, Inc. is seeking a Crew Lead to establish and maintain safe traffic work zones in Fort Worth, TX. You will collaborate with teammates, manage traffic with stop/slow paddles, and deliver protective service to clients in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 2+ years in traffic control or lead work, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to stand 8–12 hours while lifting 50–60 lbs. Drug screening is required as part of pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years traffic control experience or lead experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Stand for 8-12 hours a day; lift 50-60 lbs.
• Work in various weather and traffic conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test.
