This role is an opportunity to manage and lead a small team, learn and apply more advanced traffic control procedures, and create a safe work environment, which is critical to the success of work being done on the road. It also affords an opportunity to work outside in a team environment. The Crew Lead role is the second step in your career at American Safety and positions you for further advancement into Crew Supervisor, Asst. Crew Coordinator, or Safety Specialist.
As an American Safety Traffic Control Crew Lead, you and your team are responsible for maintaining a safe traffic site, controlling traffic flow, site setup and takedown. You are the primary point of contact between the contractor and American Safety when on a job site. You are responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company’s professional image and adhering to the Company’s policies, procedures, and practices.
