Qualifications

• 3+ years of crew lead experience is strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Electrical experience is strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team installing solar systems from 1kW to 30kW.
• Communicate job assignments to crew members.
• Install and test solar equipment.
