Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of related work experience or approved equivalence.
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license; obtain CDL Class A within six months.
• Ability to perform heavy manual labor and operate safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of four on ditching and drainage maintenance tasks.
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment (backhoe, Jet-Vac) for drainage work.
• Set up traffic control per SCMUTCD to warn motorists.
• Record daily work and materials used; manage records.
• On-call duty after hours during emergencies and bad weather.
