Extraordinary Flooring LLC in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Crew Lead to oversee flooring installation projects across the New Orleans area. You will lead a team, manage on-site operations, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with project managers to stay on schedule.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of flooring experience (epoxy or polished concrete preferred) and prior leadership. A reliable driver’s license is required for local travel.

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 50–60 per week

Lead to oversee flooring installation projects across the New Orleans area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of installers on job sites, setting the standard for professionalism and craftsmanship.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year of flooring installation experience (epoxy or polished concrete preferred).
