What You’ll Learn and Do:

• Surface Preparation – Help prep concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and leveling.
• Polished Concrete – Assist in the grinding, polishing, and sealing process.
• Installation Support – Work alongside lead installers on epoxy coatings, polished concrete, and other flooring systems.
• Tool Handling – Safely learn and operate flooring tools and equipment.
• Job Site Support – Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace.
• Safety First – Follow company safety standards at all times.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with installers to complete projects on time and to client expectations.

What We’re Looking For:
