Job summary

You will work with Crew Scheduling and partners to resolve issues and communicate updates. The role emphasizes customer service, attentiveness, and collaboration across multiple teams to support a safe, reliable operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and general office software helpful.
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hotel accommodations for Pilots and Flight Attendants.
• Arrange transportation for crew during daily and irregular operations.
• Communicate updates and assist with operational continuity.
• Escalate complex issues to leadership when needed.
• Support irregular operations by providing lodging and transport solutions.
• Maintain timely confirmations for hotel and transportation bookings.
