Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a Crew Scheduler to work closely with Pilots, Flight Attendants, Dispatch, and partners to ensure flights are covered and operated on time.

You will provide scheduling support, manage multiple computer programs, and communicate schedule changes while ensuring regulatory compliance and safe operations.

As a Crew Scheduler, you'll collaborate with Pilots, Flight Attendants, Dispatch, and all four of our airline partners to keep our flights covered and operating on time. As a Crew Scheduler, you will perform various customer service and technical crew scheduling functions and activities:

• Provide scheduling support to Pilots and Flight Attendants
• Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously while taking phone calls and chats
• Monitor/ensure compliance with crewmember legalities
• Make calls to crew members notifying them of schedule changes
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve challenges and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations

• This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position.

Physical and Other Requirements

• Sitting at a computer for extended periods of time
• This job is not remote. Candidates must reside near or relocate to St. George, UT by the start of class.
• Not accepting candidates who now, or in the future, require sponsorship for employment
