Strong leadership and communication are essential for coordinating access and maintaining positive customer relations. This full-time, hourly position requires the ability to drive a company vehicle and perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments, often at varying heights.

Qualifications

• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Able to work independently in field settings.
• CDL required for duties.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new or revised job units.
• Promotes safety culture and enforces company policies and OSHA standards.
• Conducts safety training per company procedures.
• Obtains permission from property owners for work and coordinates access.
• Maintains good customer relations through professional crew conduct and completion of work.
• Investigates minor incidents/damage and reports to supervisor when needed.
• Maintains crew records, timesheets, and reports; tracks crew costs and efficiency.
