HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, seeks a Crew Leader/Foreman in Deer Park to lead two or more crews and coordinate daily operations. You will ensure proper equipment operation, drive efficiencies, and maintain documentation for job completion. Transitioning military personnel are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the industrial cleaning industry.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment operation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current HPC-Industrial driver certification.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience with HPC-Industrial equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety are the top priority by following policies and acting safely.
• Promote HPC-Industrial safety, environmental and operations policies.
• Manage a crew to operate safely and complete HPC-Industrial tasks accurately.
• Timely and accurate completion and review of paperwork documenting work functions.
• Train and develop equipment technicians.
• Interact with customers professionally and exhibit strong communication.
• Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
