Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an Industrial Services Supervisor to lead two or more crews at our field operations. You will plan, organize, and coordinate daily service line activities, ensure safe hydroblasting and vacuum truck work, and maintain accurate documentation and customer relations.

This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and hands-on leadership. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial cleaning, HS diploma/GED, and strong communication and equipment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of verifiable service within the industrial cleaning industry.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
• Current certification as an authorized HPC-Industrial driver.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting HPC-Industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies and operating safely.
• Promote HPC-Industrial safety, environmental and operations policies.
• Manage a crew to safety and accurately complete HPC-Industrial operations.
• Timely and accurate completion and review of paperwork documenting work functions.
• Train and develop equipment technicians.
• Interact with customers professionally with strong communication skills.
• Perform Hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
• Additional duties as assigned.
