Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Specialist, Learning & Development (Programs) to design, maintain, and enable shipboard learning content and capability frameworks. You will partner with shoreside leaders and SMEs to validate expectations and produce crew-ready materials such as presentations, job aids, and guides.

The role supports ongoing evolution of learning programs and maintains knowledge repositories.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of adult learning principles and practical design techniques.
• Ability to translate operational needs into crew-ready learning materials.
• Experience with content repositories and version control.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enable capability frameworks and assessments.
• Create and maintain shipboard learning programs and materials.
• Translate requirements into cohesive, crew-ready content with clear outcomes.
• Develop and maintain presentations, job aids, instructor and participant guides, and assessments.
• Collaborate with shoreside leaders and SMEs to validate content and ensure alignment with needs.
• Review feedback to identify improvements and adjust materials accordingly.
