Job Description

Ingram Marine Group is hiring a Crew Dispatcher in the Paducah, KY office. This position is responsible for crewing vessels as designated which includes but is not limited to arranging travel, arranging emergency travel, making sure the vessel has the right complement of crew members for the segment of river they are working. Maintain / process payroll for the marine associates. This associate should have the knowledge to process travel vouchers. Provide guidance and support to entire department. Give support to the operations team. The role encompasses the below responsibilities.

Complete various reports as required.

Provide support to the entire department

Provide support to the Operations Team*

Back up Manager as necessary

Crew Vessels

Maintain Payroll

Process Travel Vouchers

Complete reports

Support department activities with regular and prompt attendance
