Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Leads and motivates a diverse team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide the crew under the General Manager to deliver great guest service.
• Lead daily huddles, training, coaching and direction for teammates.
• Manage inventory, cash handling and safety to maintain a productive work environment.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts and achieving sales targets.
• Open and close the store as needed and ensure a clean, safe service center.
