Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience; automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of inspiring and motivating diverse teams.
• Solid business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze and recommend financial objectives to drive sales and service results.
• Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through guest count and core measures.
• Coach and deliver excellent customer service and guest experience.
• Lead by example and build team engagement and efficiency.
• Develop teammates through internal training and ongoing guidance and direction.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear and detailed direction to the team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, presentable service center per GTE.
• Mentor automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Perform opening and closing duties when GM is off.
