Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Audubon, NJ is seeking a Crew Chief to lead the store team and drive guest satisfaction. This role partners with the General Manager to guide the crew, manage daily operations, and promote a high-performance retail environment.

You’ll develop teammates through our training programs, oversee inventory and cash handling, and help forecast sales while ensuring a safe, clean service center. This is a full-time, on-site leadership opportunity.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to coach and guide team members.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GM to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Coach and develop teammates through training programs.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to guidelines.
• Assist GM with budgeting and sales forecasts.
• Provide clear direction to team.
