Job summary

Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Vineland, NJ is hiring a Crew Chief to lead the service team, oversee daily operations, and drive guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the General Manager to coach technicians and CSA staff, manage inventory, and ensure quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Is a proven leader that possesses the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Has sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
• Can analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results.
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance always.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; set direction to achieve business goals.
• Coach and develop teammates via internal training; provide ongoing guidance and direction.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution; coordinate with District Manager on initiatives.
• Support budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls with the General Manager.
• Provide clear, detailed direction to the team and maintain a safe, presentable service center.
• Mentor automotive technicians and CSA staff; oversee opening/closing duties when GM is unavailable.
• Build an engaged workforce reflecting customer volume and business needs.
• Promote a high-energy, guest-first environment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
