As a Crew Chief you will manage daily operations, mentor technicians and CSAs, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate on budgeting and forecasts while upholding the company standards and guest-first approach.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire diverse teams.
• Strong business sense and retail industry understanding.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to improve sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew with the GM to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop teammates through training and ongoing guidance.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Handle inventory, cash processes, and guest issues; collaborate with DM on initiatives.
• Assist the GM with budgeting and sales forecasting.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to achieve business goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center.
