Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience; automotive experience is not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leader who can motivate diverse teams.
• Solid understanding of the retail industry and sales objectives.
• Able to analyze financials to drive sales and service results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew and coach staff to deliver excellent guest service.
• Partner with the General Manager to drive revenue growth and performance.
