Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Crew Chief to lead our service team, improve guest experiences, and drive sales under the guidance of the General Manager. This full-time, on-site role requires 1–3 years of retail management, exceptional communication, and a hands-on leadership style.

Formación

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of inspiring diverse groups.
• Strong business sense with understanding of retail industry.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the crew under the General Manager to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training and ongoing guidance.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and store operations in a safe, compliant manner.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and budgeting, forecasting, and staffing needs.
• Ensure clean, safe, and presentable service center per guidelines.
• Provide mentoring to automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to achieve goals.
