Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube is seeking a Crew Chief in Minneapolis, MN to lead the service team and work closely with the General Manager to grow guest count and sales. The role focuses on coaching teammates, maintaining service quality, and driving a positive guest experience.

The Crew Chief will oversee daily operations, contribute to budgeting and forecasts, and mentor automotive technicians and CSAs while ensuring a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and sales.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintain a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew under the General Manager to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training and hands-on guidance.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and daily store operations to ensure quality and safety.
• Support budgeting, sales forecasting, and expense controls with the GM.
• Conduct daily team huddles and store meetings to align on goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center per established guidelines.
