Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM to drive revenue growth and coach the team for guest experience.
• Lead daily huddles, set direction, and build team engagement and efficiency.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, guest issues, and initiatives with the DM.
• Assist the GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Mentor automotive technicians and CSAs, providing clear guidance.
