Responsibilities:

1. Manage and complete jobs according to SERVPRO processes per work order
2. Communicate and establish relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers
3. Coordinate requirements for each job
4. Perform and supervise production work
5. Monitor assigned jobs from start to finish
6. Follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site
7. Respond to service calls
8. Set up and establish efficient job flow

Qualifications:

1. Effective written and oral communication in English
2. Experience in restoration work related to water, fire, and mold damage cleanup
3. Experience leading and supervising a team
4. IICRC certifications highly preferred
5. Ability to travel locally or out of state when necessary
6. Availability to work nights, weekends, and on an on-call schedule

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

1. Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance
2. Exposure to chemicals
3. Ability to walk and stand for long periods, drive, sit, climb ladders, and work at ceiling heights
4. Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces)
5. Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects
