Qualifications

• 3-5 years of facility maintenance experience
• skilled in basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical repair and the use of small hand tools and power tools.
• Has a special class boilers license (or ability to obtain one)
• knowledge of OSHA/EPA rules and regulations including familiarity with chemicals, blood borne pathogens, fire and safety codes.
• Ability to operate and repair equipment such as lawn mowers, floor cleaners, etc.
• Ability to work under pressure and with interruptions.
• Ability to plan, organize and meet deadlines and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs safely.
