Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Lake Saint Louis, MO seeks a Crew Chief to join the leadership team. You will work with the General Manager to guide the crew, improve guest satisfaction, and drive store performance.

You will train and coach technicians and CSAs, ensure quality and safety, manage inventory, and support budgeting and scheduling. This is a hands-on leadership role with growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of retail management experience; automotive experience not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry and business sense.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to drive sales and service results.
• Professional conduct and a positive, helpful attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Lead with the GM to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop team through internal training and coaching.
• Ensure adherence to quality control measures and safety standards.
• Oversee inventory and cash handling; address guest issues and initiatives.
