Jiffy Lube International is seeking a Crew Chief in Lake St. Louis, MO to lead a high-performing team and partner with the GM to drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth. The role includes coaching crew, managing inventory, and ensuring consistent service quality.

The Crew Chief will mentor automotive technicians and CSAs, participate in opening/closing duties, and help develop staff through the company’s training program. Great leadership opportunities await.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader able to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Sound business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
• Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct at all times.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew under the General Manager to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training and ongoing guidance.
• Set a positive example and improve team engagement and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory control and cash handling processes as needed.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and high service standards in the service center.
• Support budgeting, sales forecasts, and achieving business goals.
