Job summary

Jiffy Lube International is seeking a Crew Chief in Ballwin, MO to join the management team and help guide the crew, boost sales, and enhance guest experiences. You will work with the General Manager to lead daily operations and train staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader that can inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Strong business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operation manuals.
• Able to stand on hard surfaces and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction.
• Coach and develop teammates using internal training program.
• Ensure quality control measures are followed.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center.
• Oversee inventory and product orders.
• Answer guest questions and assist guests in person, electronically, or by phone.
