Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Strong business sense and understanding of retail industry.
• Able to read safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Coach and mentor teammates through internal training.
• Assist GM with budgeting and sales forecasts.
• Ensure service center cleanliness and safety.
• Oversee inventory and cash handling processes.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve guest issues.
