Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew and assist GM in guiding the team.
• Coach technicians and CSAs, and drive guest satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Run daily team huddles and store meetings.
