Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience (not necessarily automotive).
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of inspiring and motivating diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew under the General Manager to ensure consistent revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training programs and ongoing guidance.
• Set a positive example and build team engagement and efficiency.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and store initiatives with the District Manager as needed.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and financial performance.
