Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and motivate people.
• Strong business sense and retail industry knowledge.
• Able to analyze financial objectives to boost sales.

Responsibilities

• Coach and guide the crew to deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable per standards.
• Oversee inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
• Open and close the store when the GM is off.
• Provide guidance to technicians and CSAs.
• Carry out safety and quality control measures.
