Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Floral Park, NY is seeking a Crew Chief to lead our front-line team and drive guest satisfaction. This role partners with the General Manager to coach technicians and service advisers, manage daily operations, and uphold safety, quality, and performance standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Sound business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to guide the crew and boost sales.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest experience standards.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSAs.
• Open/close duties when GM is off and assist with budgeting and forecasts.
